About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team in Washington State.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in dialysis care and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with the healthcare team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dialysis care to patients, including assessing their needs, developing treatment plans, and monitoring their progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies in dialysis care.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Compact Nurse license.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis care, with prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work variable shifts and locations as needed.
