Job Description

As a Euro Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standard of service that our customers expect. You will be responsible for performing technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our products continue to operate at optimal levels, leading to high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues both in person and remotely.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, including offering technical advice and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service work performed.
  • Uphold the company's standards for quality, performance, and reliability.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Euro Service Technician or similar role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
