We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying machine learning models that drive business value and improve decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with data science, software engineering, machine learning engineering, or postdoctoral research for machine learning
  • Experience deploying machine learning models
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with natural language processing and large language models (LLM)
  • Experience developing software architectures with containerization tools, including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with programming in Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with databases, including SQL
  • Experience with machine learning, including linear, reinforcement learning, tree-based, or deep learning-based methods and regularization approaches for each
  • Experience with the RAG framework
  • Experience with software development, including API development or database management, and model deployment and usage with JavaScript frameworks, including React, Angular, or
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Ability to work in a Linux environment with bash scripting
  • Master's degree
