The ideal candidate will have the necessary tools and skills to effectively complete tasks, including electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, stairs, railings, gas fixtures, carpet, tiles, flooring, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, diagnose, repair, and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, stairs, railings, gas fixtures, carpet, tiles, flooring, etc.
  • Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations, including faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, and washing machines.
  • Conduct electrical repairs, replacements, and installations, including power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, climate control systems, and garage doors openers.
  • Assist with drywall repair, including filling in small holes caused by nails and minor dings from normal wear and tear.
  • Perform painting tasks, including minor touch-ups and new coats of paint applied to unit walls.
  • Repair and maintain appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, range ovens, washers, dryers, hot water tanks, and air conditioners.
  • Assist with grounds keeping, including mowing grass, pulling weeds, trimming and pruning trees and shrubs, watering lawns and plants, replacing light bulbs, and tidying up bark or other ground covering.
  • Clean and maintain shared community locations, including the leasing office lobby, clubhouses, and fitness or recreational areas.

Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
