Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, particularly in projects related to wire payments.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual capable of collaborating effectively with product teams and cross-functional partners.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for Agile project management.
- Experience in documenting and refining user stories and process flows.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas to varied business and technical audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Adept at navigating complex organizational structures, including multiple business lines.
- Strong background in wholesale treasury management or experience with international products and payment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product deliverables across diverse project teams (Product, Technology, Operations, and other essential business partners) while managing product-related activities throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on project management and business requirements for customer-facing products and services.
- Engage with product leads and key global business partners to implement strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate coordination across a globally dispersed team.
- Oversee work related to upcoming customer migration efforts.
- Act as an Intake coordinator to assist with incoming issue/request tickets from various business lines, categorizing and reporting on ticket volumes based on issue type, and aiding in the resolution of tickets within established service level agreements.
- Develop, execute, and maintain the product project plan, collaborating with stakeholders and partners to align on key project task dependencies.
- Monitor and report on the status of project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
- Organize and lead project meetings as necessary, distributing agendas, notes, and minutes.
