Patient Care Assistant

About the Role
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, blood pressure checks, and basic life support. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring and blood pressure checks
- Assist with hemodialysis treatments, including setting up equipment and monitoring machines
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
