The successful candidate will provide outstanding patient service, maintaining a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere while responding quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Key responsibilities include preparing exam and treatment rooms, triaging patients, observing patients, charting, reporting changes in patients' conditions, and performing various clinical tasks under the direct supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.

To excel in this role, you should possess at least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a clinic setting, preferably Urgent Care. Alternatively, you may hold an LPN or RN license with relevant experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be committed to upholding Fast Pace Health's core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality care, and friendliness.

In addition to your clinical skills, you will demonstrate strong administrative abilities, including accurate completion of patient charts, arrangement of referrals, and maintenance of office cleanliness. Your ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere, communicate effectively, and adhere to company policies and procedures will be essential to your success.
