Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring seamless transitions between treatments and services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote comprehensive care.
  • Manage patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; degree or additional education in business or healthcare desirable.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment.
  • Familiarity with dental insurance and explanation of benefits beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and dental software, preferably Dentrix.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
