The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in a comparable HVAC role. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $32.00 to $40.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on various HVAC systems, including standard package and split units.
  • Performing inspections and executing repairs or replacements on components such as belts, pulleys, and condensate drain lines.
  • Testing and ensuring the performance of compressors, fan motors, and blower motors.
  • Diagnosing and repairing steam and hot water boiler systems.
  • Assessing airflow and addressing ducting issues.
  • Utilizing refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations.
  • Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, or system failures in HVAC systems.
  • Completing service inspections and asset evaluations.
  • Generating and submitting service reports along with quality inspection documentation.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety standards and procedures.
  • Complying with building codes and relevant regulations.
  • Executing additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Possession of an S-1 Contractor or S-2 Journeyperson license for Unlimited Heating, Piping, and Cooling, or a commitment to obtain the license post-hire.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
  • Capability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate between $32.00 and $40.00, complemented by a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid company holidays.
