Estate Planning Support Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake thorough research projects under attorney supervision to guarantee accuracy and currency of data.
  2. Create, manage, and edit intricate legal papers, such as simple wills and powers of attorney, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  3. Collaborate closely with clients, lawyers, and external vendors to plan and organize conferences and engagements.
  4. Achieve precise client billing through timely recording of work hours.

Essential Skills
  1. Mastery of MS Office software applications, especially Word and Excel.
  2. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  3. Capacity to handle confidential materials with tact and prudence.
