**Job Title:** Customer Experience Ambassador

Premier Resorts Management Inc. is seeking a charismatic and customer-focused Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team in Daytona Beach, Florida. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

**Estimated Salary:** $42,000 - $52,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service, addressing guest concerns, and exceeding expectations. You will work closely with our housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

**Responsibilities:

  • Create an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service, addressing guest concerns, and exceeding expectations
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, and provide recommendations for local attractions and services
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and balance transactions accurately
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and room changes as needed

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
