The Transportation Division Manager will be responsible for effectively managing a fleet of company drivers and subcontractors to ensure flawless execution of services for internal/external customers. This includes coordinating and scheduling the pick-up and delivery of loads in a timely and cost-effective way, as well as ensuring drivers provide excellent customer service and holding drivers accountable for operating in a safe manner and complying with company policies and state and federal regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing fleet efficiencies through proper planning and execution.
  • Facilitating and managing all internal and external reporting requirements.

**Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in logistics and/or transportation.
  • BA or BS Degree preferred.
