About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Management Specialist to join our team at Tenet Healthcare Corporation. In this critical role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals and patients to ensure seamless medical management services.

As a Medical Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts using a holistic approach, meeting expected billable hours, and utilizing Conifer Value-Based Care tools according to standard protocol. You will also review daily calendars for new episodes and tasks due, prioritize tasks on your calendar, and complete Personal Health Management assessments incorporating analysis of clinical claim charts.

You will determine and document member goals, engage members in the personal health management process, and develop individualized plans of care with timeframes, reasonable expected outcomes, specific planned interventions, and member goals. Your ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and work independently as part of a team will be essential in achieving the goals of this position.
