ADP is seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will work within a geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. You will implement a top-down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs and Owners to build a network with C-level executives.
In addition to cloud-based HR solutions, you will strategically cross-sell with other ADP associates by putting the spotlight on our shiny, new products and solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your own book of business while having the backing of sales leadership and advancement opportunities.
The ideal candidate has two or more years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience and/or three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales. Additionally, military experience with skills such as teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a 'never lose' mentality is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
