Position Overview:

We are seeking an HR Manager who possesses strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. The primary responsibilities will include the development and execution of HR strategies and the supervision of HR personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who will contribute positively to our organization.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, providing guidance on critical issues such as equal employment opportunities and workplace conduct.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, offering recommendations for enhancements.
  • Advise on organizational policies, strategic planning initiatives, and business administration, including budget considerations.
  • Ensure that all internal documentation, reports, and records are accurate and current.
  • Organize Job Fairs/Open Houses to improve the hiring experience for applicants and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures by employees.
  • Evaluate reports from the HR team and management to assess employee performance and identify training needs.
  • Recommend policy and procedure adjustments based on employee feedback and organizational requirements.
  • Research industry compensation standards to establish salary structures and manage employee benefits.
  • Create recruitment strategies, interview timelines, and evaluation criteria in line with HR best practices and labor regulations.
  • Oversee all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documentation generated by the team.
  • Participate in interdepartmental meetings with other managers.
  • Manage exit interviews and related procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of onboarding processes and recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to commute reliably.
  • Relevant certification in the field (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRMP, HRBP) is required.
