Multisystemic Therapist

As a passionate advocate for families, you will work with adolescents and their caregivers to address challenging behaviors and promote long-term change. Our evidence-based MST model empowers families to solve their own problems and cultivate growth in the whole family unit. With a focus on ecological therapeutic intervention, you will work with families, youth, and other key members of their ecology to identify and overcome barriers to progress. This role offers comprehensive training and support to deliver the MST model with high fidelity, as well as clinical supervision hours and other professional development opportunities. With a starting salary of $57,000 for LPCC, SWC, or MFTC candidates, and up to $65,000 for MA Bilingual candidates, you will have the chance to grow your skills as a clinician and increase your ability to support youth and their families. Additionally, you will be eligible for a $3,000 hiring bonus and may be eligible for a stipend of up to $15,000 for students fulfilling internship requirements.
