Savio is seeking a dedicated and passionate Family Therapist to join our team in Silverthorne, CO. As a Multisystemic Therapist, you will work with families to address challenging behaviors and make long-term change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage caregivers and other key participants in active, change-oriented treatment
  • Cultivate growth in the whole family unit to empower families to solve their own problems
  • Collaborate with families to set treatment goals and keep youth in their homes
What You'll Learn:

You will receive comprehensive training and support to deliver the evidence-based MST model with high fidelity. This includes:

  • Clinical supervision hours and other professional development
  • Weekly case consultations with supervisor, team, and expert consultant
  • Quarterly MST training to maintain and grow competency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
  • DORA registration to provide therapy (LPCC, MFTC, SWC)
  • Passion for engaging parents struggling with teens with behavioral issues
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $57,000 - $65,000
  • Supervision towards professional licenses provided
