Make a Lasting Impact on Families

Savio is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Therapist to join our team. As a Multisystemic Therapist (MST), you will work with families to address challenging behaviors and promote long-term change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage caregivers and other key participants in active, change-oriented treatment
  • Cultivate growth in the whole family unit to empower families to solve their own problems
  • Collaborate with families to set treatment goals and maintain a small caseload of 4-6 families

  • Quarterly MST training to maintain and grow competency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, or related field with related experience
  • Ideal qualifications: Master's in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field
  • DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC

Salary:
  • Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $57,000
  • Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $60,000
  • Starting MA Bilingual: $65,000
