Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team at Cold Springs RV. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication between customers and technicians, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and accurate repair estimates
  • Upsell recommended services using a consultative approach, focusing on customer needs and preferences
  • Provide accurate and transparent estimates of repair costs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the service manager to ensure adherence to dealership policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain high customer satisfaction scores, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Sell and manage extended warranties, ensuring customers understand the benefits and value proposition
  • Inspect repair quality, ensuring all work is complete and meets dealership standards
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience
  • Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers, providing clear and concise information
  • Handle minor customer concerns and complaints, escalating issues to the service manager as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a service-related position preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving sales growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
