Job Description

About the Role

Cold Springs RV is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction
    • Meet and greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
    • Listen attentively to their concerns and provide clear explanations of repair needs
    • Upsell recommended services in a low-pressure and consultative manner
  • Service Coordination
    • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
    • Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and explain them to customers
  • Customer Follow-up
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the repair process
    • Notify customers when their vehicle is ready for pickup
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage customer records and maintain accurate documentation
    • Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
