Burrow Global is looking to hire an
entry-level Visual Inspector for a long-term assignment.


Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Level II VT or NDT Certification to be eligible for this role.

Note: This position does not provide per diem or relocation assistance. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance.


The Visual Inspector is tasked with conducting visual assessments to identify visible defects such as deformation, welding flaws, and corrosion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following Company and Customer safety protocols and legal regulations, while alerting others to potential hazards.

- Conduct both internal and external inspections on equipment at regular intervals to uphold the mechanical integrity of fixed assets.

- Recommend and authorize repairs, as well as perform visual evaluations of completed repair tasks.

- Assist in planning inspection-related activities.

- Document visual inspection findings and maintain accurate records of inspection activities.

- Recognize situations that require adherence to safety procedures and the use of appropriate safety equipment.


Maintain professional communication with customers and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation.

This communication will occur in person at the work site.

- Complete all necessary training, including assessments, in accordance with Company policies.

- Manage the filing of job-related forms and documentation.

Job Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

- Valid Level II certification is mandatory.

- Must hold a valid Driver's License.

- The role involves both indoor and outdoor work in a plant environment.

- Interaction with fellow crew members, supervisors, and client personnel is expected.

- Work may occur in areas with high noise levels around production machinery.

- Ability to wear safety equipment as mandated by the safety department for personal protection is essential.

- May require visiting multiple job sites in a single day and adapting to varying climate conditions.

- Occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary.
