As a key contributor to achieving corporate sales targets, the Regional Sales Development Leader emphasizes sales volume increase, customer engagement, and new business development. Key duties include crafting marketing strategies, liaising with the National Account Department, and addressing branch requirements throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish connections with local and regional decision-makers
- Collaborate with Western personnel to promote local account growth
- Engage in relevant professional trade associations
- Identify and connect with potential new clients
- Lead initiatives to penetrate new markets
- Evaluate and interpret campaign performance
- Conduct educational seminars and workshops
- Support branches in closing sales opportunities
- Create and distribute customer publications
- Assess and confirm customer requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in strategic sales
