Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues
  • Prepare patients for exams, including administering contrast media and positioning patients for optimal image capture
  • Interpret scanning instructions and ensure accurate image capture
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure optimal equipment performance

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiologic technology
  • Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required within one year of hire
  • Current state licensure required prior to employment
