Job Summary:

University Hospitals is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for efficiently implementing CT scanning protocols and procedures in Diagnostic CT, providing patient care during visits, and contributing to the successful operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate successful technical/patient skills by implementing CT scanning protocols and procedures in Diagnostic CT.
  • Provide patient care during visits according to expected service excellence standards.
  • Use administrative skills to contribute to the successful operation of the department.
  • Collaborate effectively and in a timely manner with coworkers and staff.
  • Initiate and maintain positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers.
  • Adhere to hospital CT safety standards.
  • Take responsibility for self-development and support a learning environment.
  • Provide age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with co-workers in a timely manner while displaying a positive attitude.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
  • Refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation for specific duties and responsibilities.
  • Abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
