We are looking for a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our hospitality team at ClubCorp. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Job

This role involves handling various administrative tasks, including coordinating travel, composing correspondence, and processing invoices. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking expenses, and compiling budget reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the editorial team
  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements
  • Compose correspondence (thank-you notes, etc.)
  • Handle all mail functions, printing and copying needs
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, dues payments, and subscription fees
Requirements
  • At least five years of work experience, preferably in the publishing industry
  • Knowledge of Macintosh computers
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, FileMaker Pro, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Good language, grammar, style, writing, and communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates motivation, efficiency, and dedication to the Invited culture
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A team player who's flexible and able to handle stressful situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year
