Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contract Administration: Manage day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, including contract administration, procurement, and estimating.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, including tracking submittals, safety controls, and maintaining quality standards.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
- Experience: 5+ years of construction experience, with a focus on project management and heavy highway construction.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in project scheduling and estimating.
- Travel: Occasional travel required (1-3 days per month).
- Tollway and/or Heavy Highway Experience: Experience working on tollway and/or heavy highway projects.
- Public Work Experience: Experience working on public work projects.
- Estimating Experience: Experience with estimating and cost control.
- Self-Perform Experience: Experience with self-perform projects.
- OSHA 30 Hour Training: Completion of OSHA 30 hour training.
- LEED Project Experience: Experience with LEED project delivery.
- Pimavera P6 and/or Sage 300 CRE Experience: Experience with Pimavera P6 and/or Sage 300 CRE software.
