Responsibilities

* Manage Transportation Management business processes, including procurement, Freight Bill Audit & Payment, Shipment Planning & Execution
* Analyze and recommend improvements to Transportation Management processes
* Monitor and manage key performance indicators and execute root cause analysis utilizing TM operating systems
* Provide support function activity, including accuracy and timeliness of data processing, reporting analysis, and customer inquiries
* Interact with clients to resolve problems and coordinate implementations
* Work with internal SMEs to resolve problems and support implementations
* Process and distribute customer metrics and develop performance reports
* Prepare reports and support documents as required
* Initiate continuous process improvement activities and monitor results

Requirements

* Bilingual, French and English (for Quebec Locations only)
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Excellent interpretation of complex statistical data
* Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office Suite and internet for work-related matters
* College degree/Technical Certification in Business, Logistics, Transportation
* Two (2) years or more experience in custom and flow of freight as well as Transportation Management
