Compensation:$72,000 - $110,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture robust relationships with individuals, families, and businesses to identify their financial aspirations and create tailored plans to achieve them.
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning services encompassing retirement strategies, investment guidance, estate planning, risk management, and insurance solutions.
- Evaluate clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment goals to develop personalized financial strategies and recommendations.
- Create customized financial plans that align with clients' objectives using the investment and insurance products available through New York Life.
- Regularly review and adjust clients' financial plans as necessary, staying informed about market trends and regulatory changes to provide current advice.
- Proactively seek new clients through networking events, referrals, and prospecting activities to expand the customer base.
- Adhere to ethical standards, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines in all client interactions and financial transactions.
- Engage in continuous learning about industry trends, financial products, and best practices through ongoing educational and professional development initiatives offered by New York Life.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing performance goals.
- A Bachelor's degree or completion of a relevant two-year college program is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility.
- Willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling, including availability for weekends and evenings when necessary.
