Job Description

The Advisor Mastery Program (AMP) is a comprehensive development program designed to equip associates with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the investment industry. As a Wealth Management Associate, you will partner with Financial Advisors to present financial plans to clients, leverage technology solutions, and build client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including opening accounts and updating Client Relationship Management systems.
  • Develop financial plans using MoneyGuidePro financial planning software.
  • Partner with Financial Advisors to present financial plans to clients.
  • Leverage financial advisor technology resources and brand utilization in the branch or complex.
  • Learn and practice client relationship foundations by evaluating client financial needs and identifying investment opportunities.
  • Practice business development strategies, including coaching and mentorship, to prepare for developing a book of business as a Financial Advisor.
  • Seek expertise of internal resources to identify investment opportunities and solutions for clients.
  • Complete required program training and assignments, obtaining mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • OR a minimum of four years of working experience, including sales or business experience demonstrating achievement.
  • OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
