Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in San Antonio, TX.

About the Role
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and document client progress according to company policy.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services as well as Telehealth.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
  • Offer excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance the mission of improving mental health care in the community.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • TX clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • An estimated annual salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 plus commission.
