  • Establish and manage approval processes, creating structured milestones and checkpoints to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Collaborate closely with AI Engineering teams to transform unstructured AI projects into clearly defined deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders, including Application Owners, Engineering Management, and Compliance Experts, to address project requirements and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading at least three significant AI projects that resulted in successful outcomes.
  • Experience in developing processes that incorporate approval checkpoints and adapting them as necessary throughout project lifecycles.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide AI subject matter experts towards efficient production pathways.
  • Familiarity with common challenges in AI organizational structures and a commitment to fostering a collaborative community.
