Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Finance: Sell financing and insurance packages to customers, ensuring a seamless and transparent process.
  • Finance and Insurance Management: Nurture productive working relationships with multiple finance sources, pursue competitive finance programs and interest rates, and convert cash transactions to finance.
  • Government and Dealer Compliance: Prepare and file all government and dealer vehicle transaction reports in a timely manner, verifying documents contain valid title, lien, and tax information.
  • Customer Service: Explain dealership and manufacturer service policies to customers, field rate quotation questions, and obtain current state insurance license.
  • Team Collaboration: Regularly review financing, extended service, and insurance programs with the sales team, generate finance penetration reports, and coordinate with the sales department to develop finance forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, 1-2 years of work-related experience, or an equivalent combination.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Basic math skills, ability to speak with customers or employees, read and understand manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety regulations, and write financial and marketing reports.
  • Personal Qualities: Professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming, upholding the highest ethical standards, and understanding and complying with current and future government regulations.
