Job Summary

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at James Avery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and sales support during the holiday season. This is a great opportunity to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding guest service and resolve issues effectively
  • Enter guest data and sales information into POS system accurately
  • Present jewelry to guests and replace items in correct areas
  • Repair, polish, or solder jewelry as needed
  • Utilize GUESTS program when interacting with guests
  • Provide knowledgeable service to guests on product information
  • Box and wrap sales for gift presentation
  • Achieve individual Key Performance Metrics
  • Assist Store Management in achieving store KPI Metrics
  • Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties
  • Attend all required meetings

Requirements

  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technology
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred
