Electronics Assembler Job Description

At AMAROK Inc, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electronics Assembler. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling electronic parts, components, and creating subassemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review work orders and determine the necessary electronics and components required to fulfill the request in a timely manner.
  • Follow established production drawings or verbal instructions to create all assemblies.
  • Test the created assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
  • Mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panels.
  • Connect component lead wires to printed circuits or route and connect wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points.
  • Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in proper cases and cabinets.
  • Assemble and attach necessary hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, switches, etc., to assemblies.
  • Perform inspection duties to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding hand dexterity.
  • Ability to understand and follow production drawings.
  • Knowledge using basic hand tools.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
