Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Northwest Arkansas. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients recovering from various conditions.

About the Role

  • You will assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal recovery and quality of life.
  • You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • You will provide education and support to patients and their families to facilitate a smooth transition to home or further rehabilitation.

Requirements

  • A valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
  • At least six months of experience in an acute care setting
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • CRRN certification is an asset
