Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Northwest Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. Job Responsibilities
  • You will accurately perform patient assessments, identify patient needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
  • You will provide care tailored to each patient's condition and age, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their recovery journey.
  • You will maintain timely and accurate documentation in the medical record, including completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
Requirements
  • A degree from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program is required.
  • You must hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and possess CPR/BCLS certification, with ACLS preferred.
  • A minimum of six months' experience in a medical/surgical setting is preferred, but not required.
