About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide specialized care to patients with various medical conditions, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
- The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
