Position Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with a team of innovative problem solvers, addressing intricate business challenges from conception to execution. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that all projects are finalized punctually, within financial constraints, and uphold the exceptional quality standards of Dragon Herbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple, intricate projects that may involve various departments.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to deployment.
- Establish and maintain a clear project management process while promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to set timeline expectations and ensure deliverables are met.
- Engage in creative and analytical problem-solving, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Contribute to the development of practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance the project management team's knowledge base.
- Provide progress reports, proposals, project scope, requirement documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and strategize alternative solutions.
- Create project schedules and manage timelines across multiple initiatives.
- Hold teams accountable while remaining adaptable and innovative in resource management and prioritization.
- Encourage team empowerment, ensuring each member is actively engaged with meaningful contributions and maintaining a sustainable pace with high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager in IT, web development, marketing, or construction management.
- Experience managing technical and/or creative teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- A 4-year degree from an accredited, top-tier university is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team are required.
- Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).
