  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.

Quality Assurance:

  • Enforce quality assurance protocols for masonry and stucco tasks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee adherence to project specifications.

Leadership:

  • Offer strong leadership to construction teams, including subcontractors.
  • Encourage a cooperative and safety-focused work atmosphere.

Financial Oversight:

  • Track project budgets and expenses related to masonry and stucco work.
  • Identify and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.

Material Management:

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Supervisor with extensive expertise in masonry and stucco projects as well as exterior facades.
  • Familiarity with weather barriers, siding, scaffolding, etc.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
