- Possessing over 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of warehouse management practices.
- Exhibiting proficient knowledge of inventory management and controls.
- Holding a valid driver's license.
- Effectively operating a forklift.
- Demonstrating proficient computer skills.
- Exhibiting exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.

- Experience with Warehouse Automation and IT systems.

- Training or education in TPS/Six Sigma methodologies.
Requirements
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers and telephones.
- Onsite performance of job duties, with exceptions for offsite customer visits.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that encourages constructive feedback.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines with quality outcomes.
