About the Role:

LGI Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in the San Antonio area. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in selling potential homebuyers the dream of homeownership, guiding customers through the LGI Homes new home sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments and close sales to meet annual sales goals
  • Meet with potential homebuyers to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive homebuying experience
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Top producing sales record and competitive spirit
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Ability to work on weekends and meet sales standards
  • Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred
