Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries promptly via various communication channels in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide precise information regarding products, services, and account specifics to clients.
- Assist in troubleshooting customer issues by investigating concerns, formulating solutions, and following up to confirm resolution.
- Manage billing and invoicing processes, oversee paperwork flow, and monitor customer inventories.
- Employ data entry skills to update client information in the database during each interaction.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, office personnel, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and strive to achieve or surpass customer service objectives. Exhibit excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service capacity or a related field.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
- Experience in sales or customer support is essential.
- Strong data entry skills for meticulous record maintenance.
