Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with commercial clients to coordinate installation dates and times for their services.
- Confirm services ordered and necessary equipment, while informing clients of their requirements prior to installation.
- Collaborate with Installation and Networking teams to arrange equipment and technicians for the anticipated installation date requested by the customer.
- Organize project specifics and provide updates to all relevant parties.
- Execute phone porting and manage the editing of phone accounts.
- Establish customer accounts, create service products, and assign phone numbers.
- Determine and confirm installation dates with clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers post-installation to ensure functionality.
- Assist team members with inquiries regarding orders.
- Follow up with colleagues on any missing or required information related to orders or FOC rejections.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of departmental operations and current policies.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for the department as necessary.
- Develop, maintain, and accurately monitor the status of various projects.
- Perform all other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong customer service and time management capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to maintain professionalism in challenging or changing circumstances.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
