Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with commercial clients to coordinate installation dates and times for their services.
  • Confirm services ordered and necessary equipment, while informing clients of their requirements prior to installation.
  • Collaborate with Installation and Networking teams to arrange equipment and technicians for the anticipated installation date requested by the customer.
  • Organize project specifics and provide updates to all relevant parties.
  • Execute phone porting and manage the editing of phone accounts.
  • Establish customer accounts, create service products, and assign phone numbers.
  • Determine and confirm installation dates with clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers post-installation to ensure functionality.
  • Assist team members with inquiries regarding orders.
  • Follow up with colleagues on any missing or required information related to orders or FOC rejections.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of departmental operations and current policies.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for the department as necessary.
  • Develop, maintain, and accurately monitor the status of various projects.
  • Perform all other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer service and time management capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to maintain professionalism in challenging or changing circumstances.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote.
  • The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
