Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate documentation, maintain compliance with underwriting guidelines, and provide clerical support throughout the loan process.
  • Provide clerical and servicing support for all phases of commercial and construction loan activities, verifying that account information is accurately entered into our system.
  • Accurately draft loan documents for underwriting and coordinate the ordering of title work and appraisals.
  • Follow up with outside sources to gather outstanding documents, ensuring all necessary items are available for underwriting and that documentation is in order prior to loan closing.
  • Manage funding for closed loans and assemble post-closing files while completing timely draw requests, inspections, and reviews.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 18 years of age required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Associates or higher college degree preferred.
  • Combination of acceptable experience and education required.
