About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at CoolSys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration equipment and HVAC systems in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair, replace, and refurbish refrigeration equipment, including walk-ins, case end doors, and hardware.
  • Perform sheet metal repair of freezers, coolers, and HVAC units.
  • Install refrigerated cases and replace exhausted hooded vents.
  • Provide support by picking up, delivering, installing, and repairing walk-ins.
  • Drive company vehicle, when required, in a safe manner.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in general carpentry work and sheet metal work on repairing and refurbishing refrigeration cases and equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED, course work at an accredited vocational-technical or trade school.
  • A valid and current Driver's license.
  • Ability to express or exchange ideas using the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly.
