Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Nursing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide personal care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care, including personal care, nutrition, and safety
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and special care conferences
  • Document patient information accurately and timely
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and training/certification in a related field
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, preferably working with terminally ill patients
