About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional hospice and palliative care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of patients and their families.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting independence and empowerment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient information accurately and timely, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Associate degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A current, active, and unrestricted compact (multistate) license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
- Minimum 1-year related experience for inpatient units (IPU) and 2 years for other nursing positions, with experience in direct care of patients with life-limiting illnesses required.
- Computer proficiency is essential.
