We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Expert to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network and system infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of network architecture, security best practices, and system administration principles. You will work closely with our IT Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving system performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify and resolve technical issues, improve system performance, and enhance overall IT operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network devices, servers, and applications to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
- Work with the IT Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving system performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with System Administrators to monitor and maintain system health, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and implement procedures for backup and disaster recovery, ensuring business continuity in the event of a disaster or outage.
- Provide training and guidance to IT team members on network architecture, system administration, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT Help Desk to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Display strong communication and teamwork skills, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT, applying this knowledge to improve system performance and security.
- Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
