About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Agent II/Technician to join our team at the Santa Clara Development Corporation. As a key member of our surveillance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, installation, and configuration of our surveillance/CCTV system.

You will work closely with our Director of Surveillance to ensure the smooth operation of our systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with National Indian Gaming Commission requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Monitoring all areas of the property to identify potential security and safety risks.
  • Fulfilling the responsibilities of a Surveillance Agent II, including usage of all surveillance equipment.
  • Installing video cameras to protect casino assets.
  • Repairing or replacing faulty equipment in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring equipment installations and repairs meet National Indian Gaming Commission requirements.
  • Troubleshooting the surveillance system.
  • Maintaining a maintenance schedule for all equipment.
  • Fulfilling other duties assigned or pertaining to the job.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Associates Degree (A.A./A.S.) from an accredited two-year college or university preferred but not mandatory or equivalent experience within this technical field.
  • Prefer prior Indian Gaming experience in a surveillance/security capacity or equivalent experience for a minimum of three years.
  • Knowledge of various tools: electronic, CCTV, computer, and electrical/mechanical fields.
  • Principles and practices of Surveillance Agent II standards.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the complexities of a matrix switching CCTV surveillance system of equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the National Indian Gaming Commission and All State and Tribal gaming rules and regulations is also a requirement.
