Opportunity Summary
We are seeking a full-time, licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker to contribute to our operations in Sarasota, Florida. The primary focus of this role will be to cultivate new business opportunities and provide our core brokerage services, including site selection, land and facility acquisition, leasing, built-to-suit projects, sale/leaseback arrangements, and investment sales. This position is ideal for a driven self-starter with strong sales capabilities, business insight, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify potential clients to pursue with the guidance of senior brokerage leadership.
• Conduct research on companies, assess their requirements, and tailor strategic real estate solutions accordingly.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in making cold calls to generate leads and arrange meetings with qualified prospects.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers involved in real estate decisions.
• Exhibit determination and persistence to secure accounts and clients.
• Foster strong connections with ERES team members.
• Maintain and update client prospects using an internal tracking system.
• Participate in relevant sales or business team meetings and contribute actively.
• Attend sponsored training sessions and approved external seminars.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A valid real estate license is required.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of proven sales experience with an emphasis on solutions-based selling.
• Demonstrated success in previous sales roles.
• Strong professional presence with the ability to engage and close deals with C-level decision-makers.
• Experience in developing and marketing complex value propositions.
• Excellent listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, including effective business writing.
